For many years Winfield's has been the premier facility for small occasions, such as wedding showers, birthday gatherings, family & holiday celebrations, graduations and many other party functions -- as well as the meeting place for luncheons for the David City Area Chamber of Commerce and the David City Rotary Club.

 

The current facility has two public rooms and a fully equipped kitchen.  The kitchen has plates, glasses, cups and tableware, that are all available to renters at no extra cost.  The two meeting rooms are open to each other and anyone renting the facility has access and the right to use both rooms.  In the larger, front room there are eight round tables that comfortably seat eight people per table.  There are also five rectangular tables in the facility; one five-foot and four six-foot.  Tables linens may be arranged through the facility or may be ordered and delivered by contacting Jackson Cleaners, Columbus, Nebraska.  We have a newly installed projector to be used with a computer for presentations.  There is a large, pull down screen and the area has wifi availability.  There is also a movable podium.  

 

The rental fee for Winfield's is $175.  A $25 deposit is required to reserve a date.
